I love You and adore you,
My God who made Heaven and Earth.
Your hands they were that knit the stuff
Of which the shimmering sea of time was made.
Eternity comes flowing in
And mingling with the strands,
Dissolving them ’till all is one,
And we in glad communion stand
Upon the shore of that fair land
Wherein the joy of Him shall grow,
Creating wonders with His hands,
Which we, His bride, shall be.
The never-ending dance of love;
The joy is passed from hand to heart.
And we, like He, become one man;
The many, many still, yet have become
The one whom God adores.
